Star Tribune Features Limitless Construction St. Louis Park Remodel

A whole-home remodel by Limitless Construction was featured in the Star Tribune in July 2017.

Reporter Kim Palmer spoke with Limitless Construction owner Matt Wagoner about the extensive transformation of a 1950 St. Louis Park home. The project expanded the original one-story house into a two-story home with four bedrooms, five bathrooms and 3,200 square feet of finished space.

The article highlights one of the home's most unusual features: a sunken lower-level theater with stadium seating and dual NASCAR racing simulators. Creating the space required excavating a portion of the original basement floor to gain additional ceiling height.

The rest of the home received an equally extensive transformation, including a custom kitchen with marble countertops, hardwood floors, a new primary suite, built-ins, a bar, wine room and sauna.

The project is a great example of the creative problem-solving and craftsmanship that go into transforming an existing home.
